Main Contracting

The core of our business is main contracting, undertaking construction work in all market sectors, typically within a value range of £100,000 to £3,000,000.

We work in all areas of procurement - traditional, design and build, management fee, and prime cost methods of contracting.

Package Contracting

As well as main contracting, we also work regularly as a major package contractor for national contractors on major management and PFI schemes.

Pre-Contract Work

We will gladly give advice to prospective Clients and Consultants on cost plans and programmes in advance of, or during, tender preparation.

Maintenance Contracts

Following project completion maintenance agreements or service contracts may be agreed, to ensure all items requiring regular scheduled maintenance are professionally managed on behalf of the building's owners / occupiers.
