Norfolk Park School was damaged by the floods of June 2007 and GSC were appointed as Main Contractor to rectify the damage caused.

The works comprised internal demolitions and alterations to the existing single story school building to form additional teaching and amenity areas.

The scope included new changing and w/c areas, teaching rooms and substantial services upgrade to include new under floor heating and lighting to comply with current school guidelines. New thermally broken aluminum windows and doors were installed to match the existing glazing pattern.
