Leader House is a good example of a refurbished Grade 2 listed building.

Leader House is now the hub in which the management teams of the Millennium Galleries and Winter Gardens operate. Leader House was restored to a modern suite of offices complimenting 18th century techniques and preserving and repairing plaster walls and ceiling mouldings.

External works were completed using local sand stone paving to link the Winter Gardens to The Millennium Galleries.

The refurbishment of Leader House was let to Graham Stuart Construction as a Works Package Contract by Interserve.
